Bikes Die Hard by Holly MacIntyre

You know how they say "bikes die hard", right? Well, my bike just simply refused to die. It is the worst bike in Nova Scotia. Okay, my story begins... It is 2010 and I'm happily riding my bike on a sunny, warm summer afternoon! I was just minding my own business when I tried to stop. The worst part was, I was going down a hill. I thought on my feet, literally. I actually had to use my feet to stop and save my life. So after the almost-accident, my Dad went off to the bus stop near the bridge and sold the bike for $2. Not a happy day for me, but the bike lives on!
